This single vineyard wine was 100% organically grown in the hot South Australian environment. No chemical sprays or additives have been used to produce this wine, allowing you to taste the true flavor of our grapes as nature intended. With light American Oak aging on the Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine will open up with decanting.

Shiraz is the “King” of red grapes in Australia and Cabernet Sauvignon is the “King” worldwide. The famous Australian blend emphasizes the balance of both of these regal varieties and showcases the rich dry terrior of South Australia, along the banks of the Murray River that runs from the coast deep into the hills above the city of Adelaide . This wine region, known in Australia as “The Riverland” is home to Salena Estate, the Marquee Australian Organic wine partner.
